Welcome to the Grand Parkway website. This website is intended to be the primary source of information for the Grand Parkway Program procurement. As the Program progresses, so will the content of this site.

The Grand Parkway (SH 99) is a proposed approximately 180-mile circumferential scenic highway crossing seven counties and encircling the Greater Houston region.  The Parkway will become Houston’s third highway circling the Central Business District, and should provide both commuter and long-haul bypass congestion relief.

Funding for this Program is expected to come from a combination of toll revenue, federal, state, local, and private funding sources.  Segments of the Grand Parkway are in various stages of development; overall Program costs are estimated to exceed $5 billion.
